or gargoyle 1.9.1 already support the settings of the wi-fi AC?

No they are still being tested.
If you want to implement them yourself you only need to edit 3 files.

I encountered a potential bug. Restrictions are not working. I'm using this build on a Netgear WNDR3700v4. It worked previously on v1.8.1.
