Support for multiple languages and translations (“i18n support”)

Installed on my TL-WDR3600 and the wireless finally works!

For me this build is fast & stable

yesterday i'm used the failsafe mode (hard reset) to my unit to bring the wifi working again, so i think that my issues is a hardware issues, and not software.
because on this version 1.5.11 the wifi stops working after 7 days.
i will replace the unit with another brand of routers, i consider edimax.
