Hi can you flash to the 1.9.x from:
http://lantisproject.com/gargoyle_mvebu/newgui/
That is the latest build with the latest driver for the wifi on your router.
The code what's in the 1.9.x is testing code for what will become 1.9.2 pleas don't save any settings or restor any backup what was made on 1.9.0.

Can you post a direct link to the firmware because the one you posted shows ipk packages.

Hi mate the file seems to of bin moved. There must be a new file building. Just hang on as soon as it's back up i will let you know. sorry.

New GUI is really nice
But it seems the problem is still present

No I'm out of ideas at the moment.
You could try adding
vm.min_free_kbytes=16384
To your /etc/sysctl.conf and reboot
