Your next step is to upgrade to 1.6.2.
You can keep settings to that one.

I already decided to bid on Ebay for another WNDR3700v2. People seem to already sell them cheap by now.

I changed to the standard theme, but that did not help.
Anyway I just wait for my new device, then the problem is solved.

For the new router that is the right version but you need "factory" not "sysupgrade"

No, i mean this is the version to upgrade my 1.6.0 if I would.
But I will use 1.8.something for my new router, and then after I replaced the 1.6.0 I will install 1.9. on this older one and see how it does.
Your Addon Adblock Plugin is a great tool. It will definitely be my favorite plugin right after the ToR implementation. Thumbs up for you !
Can I also select elements of a website to block them with it, like Adblock plus does with the Element hider helper ?

Adblock plugin won't play nicely with Tor
it probably won't work at all unfortunately.
And it can attempt to hide elements but it is a very basic trick to make it happen. It works 75% of the time.
Also that file isn't correct for your current router.
You have chosen the wndr3700v2 file instead of wndr3800.
Sysupgrade is correct though.

So I can use ToR while Adblock is not working for ToR Connections, and use Adblock for normal connections ? Or is Adblock preventing the ToR Plugin from working at all ?

In the version available for 1.8.1 they break each other and neither works.
I fixed it in a later version so that if Tor was in use Adblock would not install itself.
They are largely incompatible due to the firewall rules for Tor DNS

hang on... if you untick "all network access" in that box, do the options you are expecting come up...?
