hmm,
i was considering dns option, but is very expensive. At this time is $370.00/year.
Perhaps I will buy a cheap mikrotik firewall, about 50 bucks, and someone here will help me to configure it.
I will comeback here and reply how it works.
Thanks again for your precious time.
Kind regards.

I am looking to whitelist ONE website just like the guy who started this thread, read over these posts, decided to try opendns as you said "its fee" -loaded it, tied to my IP address, put on the most strict setting but it did not block anything at all. Trying to block snapchat, facebook, instagram...etc...any and all social networking sites let alone pornography etc...opendns forums not very helpful

Hello, I`m the guy who started the post here
I must say gargoyle firmware has the best internet filter so far.
It has some issues with https filtering, but I manage to bypass it with an Mikrotik firewall (rb951ui-2nd) configured as a web filter.
Gargoyle works fine on http protocol, but when it comes to https it lacks as long the address you want to filter uses a long ranges of ip`s.
This is not a commercial thread, but Mikrotik is the best choise for your needs, it cost about 60$.
So, at this moment I can block every http web site and whitelist only the https I want.
But, if your site is using http protocol gargoyle do the trick.
If it uses https and is not hosted on some big servers or too many ip addresses you must use Mikrotik firewall or similar.
You can start from here:
http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=71533
Hope this helps.

Is it possible to monitor the https access also for giving permissions (access control) like some of the other routers (
http://www.netgenie.net) do it? If it can do so, then it can give complete control to the user/admin.
It is not possible to give the IP range as it keeps changing.
Thanks
