This does work either. The gargoyle plugin still refuses to install.

Did you figure out how to solve the openvpn installation issue? I have exact the same error.

Nope. I gave up when I discovered my android phone could act as a wifi repeater and tunnel everything over VPN so no need for the wr703n. Would still like to set it up if someone finds a solution though. Presumably the package dependencies will eventually get corrected,
