If you have nod32 as your antivirusprogram, try to turn it off, to check if ti is helping. If it is, then you can make an exception for the router.
nod32 is making trouble for lots of different routerfirmware.

We can add Bitdefender to that list
I tried everything, turned off firewall, added ip address exemptions, nothing worked.
Uninstalled it and installed Avast and it now works
