Thank you! I put in that code...rebooted the router and tested it and it worked beautifully. :)

I have two computers on the network that I binded their NIC's MAC address to a static IP...those two computers I want to have unlimited bandwidth...everything else that connects (will be via wifi) I want limited...upload and download.

What's the best procedure for that?

I'm not exactly sure I follow... what is the "enable" for and what is the "start" for? :)

to enable/start "crontab" with out reboot

Okay...so I add that in those places?

I downloaded winSCP . . . I tried to use it and it gave me errors . . . I was able to log in and stuff but it kept giving me errors . . . that's why I used putty and 'vi'.

I like the idea of winSP . . . just need to make sure I have things set up correctly to SSH into the router.
