Your config is a little bit off...
Your biggest issue I believe to be the individual inclusion of hostapd and wpa-supplicant AND wpad.

Try flashing this one and see if wifi works. You can install all of your plugins, language packs and themes by hand (if you wish).

Hi!
We have already fixed wifi, but...
LED indicators on Rocket only doesnt work properly. It lights only on POWER and LAN. I think because new interface named "sta.0", but old "wlan". Where I can fix it?
And as for Transmit Power... Why in OpenWRT we have 28dbm, but in Gargoyle only 18?

The new interfaces are named that way, you can’t (shouldn’t) change them.
You can set the “ifname” on the wifi-iface section if you really want to…

If you have not set your country code the transmit power may be restricted.

We have found text file with configuration of RSSI leds module. I changed wlan0->sta0, but in doesn't work. Why? Can we fix it?

As for country code-we set the "USA" country code. On our forum this problem was found, and as I understood basic.sh we must change?

After editing this file, we have had many incorrect menu item (for example 5GHz in 2.4GHz device). And in menu 18dB is located after this operation(

Don’t try random stuff from 15 years ago expecting it to work. Even then that advice was very bad.

You set your wifi country code on the Connection Advanced page.

All devices are a little different for LEDs. I can’t give you a definite answer without trying it on a similar device.
What is your current (before you made any changes) /etc/config/system ?

Hi!
As for Rocket M5: we flash your firmware in our device. Why we can see 2,4GHz options on ONLY 5GHz 500mW device?
We select US country, but power slill only 22dbm...

cat /tmp/cached_basic_vars
cat /etc/config/wireless

Please redact passwords from the second one.

You must provide me with information if you want help.

In /etc/config/wireless, delete the entire wifi-iface ap_g section.
Under wifi-device radio0, change band from “2g” to “5g”.

Reboot and check interface should be fixed.
Dump out /tmp/cached_basic_vars again to verify.

I would be interested to know if this broke from a clean boot straight away or has some of your activities messed with it.
I have tested this before and it works fine. However single band 5ghz devices are not common so not tested frequently.

Break immediately after installing your firmware on new device every time or after hard reset. This is not our bug.
Actually, after edit this file all working properly, but this problematic for us.
How to solve this problem once and for all?
OpenWRT hasn't have this error. Let's fix this error in Gargoyle.
