I found a corrupted pendrive.

I will try fix-it.
Edit:
Everything seems fine since I fixed the pendrive.

I believe the first boot wizard is broken when setting up without an internet connection with this build and my router.
I reset my router with a working internet connection and everything worked as expected.
Just reporting, no action required.

On reflection i may have plugged in the WAN (internet) halfway through the first boot process?
