use default setting where possible
now that you have it working you can move away from the defaults
some config combinations will never have been tested

I edited the server.conf file via cmd to push "dhcp-option DNS 192.168.2.254" which is the IP of my pi. I have confirmed this does in fact work within my pi logs while conntected over VPN.
