You need to use gateway mode with DHCP Wired.
Then you are going to need to somehow tell your first router (not Gargoyle) how to route towards the Gargoyle subnet.
This isn’t a Gargoyle problem.
OR, make Gargoyle first. Then you might be able to use Gargoyle to route to the other one.
Or, keep Gargoyle in dumb switch mode, but you won’t get any of the features out of it.
There’s no way to keep them on the same subnet without using wireless bridge or dumb switch.
I think you need to rethink your network topology.
