Unfortunately there is no solution yet.

Problem is with buggy WiFi driver and it applies to LEDE too.
WT3020 support is broken.

Oh, a comment. You sure? Do you know any details? Btw looks like something changed, cause Gargoyle 1.10.0 looks promising. I have no time to test yet but my quick review shows me no loss.
