So no way to fix this? What kind of issue is this? Hardware or software? Am I the only affected?
The maximum what I saw was 144 Mbps. It is not clear what fullspeed means exactly. But the bandwidth is not the biggest problem. Pocket loss cause much more trouble.

I couldn't be certain but I think hardware related.
You could try Openwrt firmware and see if the same behaviour?
Or reload Gargoyle and see if fixed.

I will test it with OpenWRT soon. I ordered another one for several reasons. When it's arrive I will do some tests.
Reflashing does not do anything sadly. I tried already.

Now that you have a spare, test openwrt too

Absolutely. Do I need to do any workarounds or I can update directly with an OpenWRT *sysupgrade image?

I did some tests. I tested the following builds:
(Gargoyle 1.9.1 and 1.9.2 already)
OpenWRT 15.05.1
OpenWRT custom version based on BB
LEDE 17.01.0-r3205-59508e3
The conclusion:
All official OpenWRT based firmwares/variants are wrong

All cause packet loss on wifi. No exception. Not sure what cause this but all lose a lot. I hope it's a driver issue. The only good thing that the custom WRT what I tested allowed 40 Mhz bandwidth so it can reach higher throughput. Where and how can I report this problem?
