Asus rt-ax53u wireless 2.4ghz problem

Hi Lantis, i tried both version 1.14 and 1.15 on rt-ax53u but the 2.4ghz wireless was not working especially when connecting to the internet, only local wifi lan works ok. The 5Ghz wireless works normally both local wifi lan and internet. I tried several ways changing wireless setting from htmode HT20, HT40, HE20, HE40 and channel number 11 and 13 but still not working.Btw I use e3372 for internet connection. How to fix this?

Can you share your wireless config and network config please?

Please be sure to redact your password and SSID from the results before posting if they are sensitive to you.

There are not many reasons that the 5GHz would work and 2.4 would not, particularly if it works for local connections.
You may wish to post a log when this occurs as well.

Btw, i already fix it myself by turning off enforce dhcp assignments and then 2.4ghz works normally and client can connect to the internet. Also i found out that i have use htmode HT20 or HT40 if i have several devices still using 2.4ghz wireless N otherwise 5ghz htmode HE80 wireless setting on router will not working or disabled by itself if i use HE40 in router setting on 2.4ghz.
