Restrictions

Post by whataboutnow »

Hello again everyone :)

Been a good while once I was here but I'm still rocking 1.13.0 and everything is rock solid and going well :)

I'm trying to set up a restriction so that a device I have (printer) can still function on my LAN but prevent all WAN access. Is that possible at all and if it is, could someone guide me on setting it up please?

I've been into Firewall > Restrictions > Rule applies to (only the following hosts...

When I input the ip address of the printer, it remains in red and I get "error, invalid address"

It's probably me, but I just can't figure it out (if it's possible)

Many thanks 🙏

IP family being set to “Both” means you must use a MAC address.
Otherwise explicitly set it to ipv4/6

Please be respectful when posting. I do this in my free time on a volunteer basis.
