You’re asking why a system not related to gargoyle identified it funny?
No idea.

Gargoyle format EXT4 right? but under Ubuntu it is not identified as EXT4 and i don't know is it a bug or not but that's sure that i cannot write the partition under Ubuntu.

I installed 1.13.0 over 1.12.0 and did not preserve settings.

Install went fine, but when I went to look at the plugins and refreshed the list, nothing is showing up other than what is installed, English, QOS, and USB storage.

I ran opkg update and there were no errors. I ran opkg list and there is a list of packages, but not very large, and I don't see adblock, logread, etc...

This is on WDR3600 previously ar71xx now ath79.

Update:
Turns out /tmp was full.

I navigated to /tmp, and noticed some core dump files starting with bw_set.

Code: Select all

-rw------- 1 root root 63500288 Jul 2 08:12 bw_set.1656767482.3267.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:12 bw_set.1656767579.3639.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:13 bw_set.1656767631.3667.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:14 bw_set.1656767688.3677.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:15 bw_set.1656767703.3788.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:15 bw_set.1656767721.3871.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:15 bw_set.1656767734.3971.11.core
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Jul 2 08:15 bw_set.1656767754.3981.11.core
I was going to remove them, but it did it on its own. I saw in /tmp/opkg-lists that all but one of the repos was file size zero. After the dump files were purged, I ran opkg update again and now all of the repos contain data.
Checked the plugin list and they are all there now.

after the 1.13 update my recently made static dhpc list is gone. or it seems like. it's disabled and no devices on the list while the router still use the fixed IPs which is cool btw. but where the hell these stored now?

Recently made? On 1.13? Or on a previous version?

What part of they're not compatible didn't you read lol.
The other bit you didn't read:

Code: Select all

DHCP static leases are now stored in /etc/config/dhcp instead of /etc/ethers + /etc/hosts

you're right. didn't noticed this. but it should import those right? or may not..

No, I never wrote that there was an import function. I said they weren’t compatible.

Is this still the MiRouter 3G? What do you mean it isn’t working? What specifically were you wanting to happen and what is happening instead?
