If the files are no different here, then there would be a problem in the tigger module kernel.

The differences are only in the priority rows - it has no effect whatsoever regarding the LED. Forget the rest.

Yes, reflash can be done directly from Gargoyle using the *.sysupgrade.bin file. The only downside is that the life of Flash memory is shortened.

Yes, exactly. Each Flash in the router has a certain rewriting lifetime and when the lifetime is complete, the router is game over .

EDIT: How many % is left or how many % has been overwritten is different. It depends on the technology (NAND or NOR, etc.), how big the blocks have been lubricated etc. so I can't really tell how much remains.

Ahh this is ok for me, I was thinking something dangerous could happen to memory about going from Gargoyle FW to Openwrt FW and come back to gargoyle fw, the cicle of erase and write in this C7 is little (i have made 4 ou 6 updates only).
I'll start ritght now the FW instalation.

I noticied in the 1.8.6.8 the leds dont work too, but on 1.9.07.0 all Leds works, even the LED from System (informative image below) was working (flashing) correctly (on GF 1.10 works aways ON and on GF1.12 led down):

So I found the difference.
Gargoyle v1.10 @ v1.12 also OpenWrt 18.06 @ Gargoyle v1.12:
option sysfs 'tp-link:blue:wlan2g' @ option sysfs 'tp-link:green:wlan2g'

Try swapping values, saving and restarting the router.

As you write, so in version OpenWrt 19.07 it probably have solved and the fix will be reflected in Gargoyle v1.13.

I can't keep up.
I'm not surprised they're broken here.
