The problem has reared its ugly head again.

I turned the quotas back on and now after several days I am getting network wide (wired and wireless) slowdown.

Here are the results when I use the DF command:

I don't see anything wrong unless I am just not understanding.

You're right. Plenty of free disk space, low memory and CPU usage, no obvious reason for any slowdowns as far as I can see.

I've had some slowdowns myself, that were not quota related: My Archer C7 is operating as Wifi-Client to connect to the DSL router upstairs. Some connections slow down over time, some destinations in http://ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/ become unreachable. Restarting the routers Wifi (issue the command "wifi" in webshell) usually remedies the problem.

Is that any different than rebooting the router?

Well, it's less than rebooting. Takes only a second or two and simply restarts the wireless interface. This should in turn close all open connections on wifi and shouldn't affect wired connections. I'm fresh out of ideas now :-(
