Have not experimented with throughput yet (my connection isn't sufficient to do so) but i have made that value configurable easily within the program.

It isn't configurable in userspace however which i may consider changing.

Awesome! Looking forward to this. Kids can disconnect WiFi or put their phone into airplane mode if they want to stop their clock.

Preliminary research shows this to be an incredibly complex change

I may not be able to do it. But I’ll try.
Timeframe is measured in months.

Is this feature still being investigated ?

I saw "New QoS default ruleset as per forum input" as part of the features with 1.11.0 but didn't know what it refers to.

No i ended up dropping this one. It was very challenging and due to random packet flows (dhcp, dns, etc etc) the timers would count randomly when they shouldn't.
