Any 802.11ac router can use gargoyle?

OpenWRT trunk only, so no support for gargoyle yet

Even then I wonder how long it will take to get AC drivers

tl-wdr7500 can use OpenWRT ?

Read the wiki page carefully. I don't think wireless will be supported for OpenWRT on this model anytime soon. That's really a shame - the Archer C7 looks so good (currently #2 ranked AC1750 on smallnetbuilder).
