Router with lots of ROM?

I like the TP Link 3600 because they are cheap and have 128 MB of RAM. But I would like to try out different plugins (specifically OpenVPN and Tor) and it looks like both will not fit in the ROM.

Which other routers have 16MB of ROM, but are ideally still inexpensive? I have had really good luck with low end TP Link routers so far, but am happy to consider others.
