Is there anyway to customize what text is displayed on the page the user gets when their quota is exceeded? For example, their is an admin login prompt I would like to delete, and I would like to add additional explanatory text.

But from my point of view you *should* be able to do the following:
Make a copy of the default page and call it "adminlogin" or something. (Maybe also make a separate backup copy) Now just edit the default page removing what you don't want.
Now when you want to log in you'll have to manually type in the renamed original default page or link it in your new default page.
That's the simple way I think.
