Please share your settings

With a picture of the entire settings page.
I have a sneaking suspicion of the problem.

Not sure which settings page. Request any more, but the QOS is default and off now, on both up and down.

Here's two that might help?

What i'm getting at, is *default* QOS has a limit of 3000kbps... which is just slightly above the limit you are seeing.
Which is leading me to believe that you literally touched none of the settings.

I would need a photo of your QOS settings to confirm, as that is the section that is offending at the moment.

I think you nailed it again!
I've upped it to 7500 down and. 350 up.
So far, promising.
Again, good spot, even without the visibility.
Thanks man.
I'll play with those.
