Ah.

Well let's go ahead and fix your temperature display (and I'll fix it in the code later).

Open /www/overview.sh
There's a section near the top which begins with "tmodel=$" blah blah.
There's 3 cases.
Copy the block of the WRT1200AC case into the WRT1900AC V1/2 case.
save and reopen the status page on your router.

That temperature you're seeing is actually your CPU temp, which explains the instability as o guessed previously.

Had another crash last night.
Cpu temp was at 88 deg C.

Turned the ac on in the room and left it on all night and this morning the cou temp is 81 deg C.

Thinking I may have to run a fan on it 24/7 unless anyone has any genius ideas?

What's you're ambient temp?
It really shouldn't be that warm in my opinion.

With the AC on the room temp was 24 deg C
With it off probably about 28-30 deg C

Is it worth maybe attempting to re-seat the cpu heatsink?

Although the wifi and ram temps also seem to be up.
(Room temp probably about the 24-25 deg C)

The guys on the openwrt forum agree that your temps are way too high. Possibly a dud unit or a bad heatsink mount as you suggested.
