TP-LINK TL-WR841N v9.2 settings problem

Successfully flashed gargoyle 1.7.1 on to aTP-LINK TL-WR841N v9.2. I'm running into one issue though when the router losses power it losses all it's configurations. Has anyone else run into this issue and have a fix?

It seems to happen when there's no space left on the device. Hard reset the router and do not install any additional packages (they run fine for a day but then start to get everything messed up due to the lack of internal storage).
