TP-LINK TL-WR740N v2.1

Hi,
I have a TP-LINK TL-WR740N(BR) v2.1
I want to install Gargoyle on it but I don't know what version to use:

V1 or V3? Or it's incompatible?

Thanks for the reply, but there is no mention of version 2.1 just that:
v2 (China) Not supported if you don't modify hardware Not supported BCM5356 SOC 2MB Flash/8MB RAM
v2 Stability warning WiP Rounded chassis
v2.4 Stability warning trunk (r28314) Rounded chassis, 350mhz cpu
So I can not have any idea through the OpenWRT site.

@LMP, did you have a shot at installing either firmware? I'm hoping to install Gargoyle on my WR740N v2.1 (AR7240, 4MB flash, 32MB RAM) and are having a hard time finding info on which firmware to install.

For posterity: on my WR740N v2.1 I installed v3 and that worked just fine until I switched to an OpenWrt WR741ND v2 build (same hardware, different antenna).
