Transmit Custom Power Issue

Post by fi5ban »

I just finished upgrading router number 3
TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v1 to
Gargoyle Version:1.6.1

when I attempt to set the custom transmit power (I don't think my
neighbors 2 miles away need to see my signal  ) to
something other than 27 it keeps at custom 27

any ideas works fine on version 2

Thanks

That is just a number

The TL1043ND only output 250mw of power max

Even if you set a higher # there is a hardware limitation so anything
that is higher than the hardware can handle = max output power
