1.5.1 with WNDR3700 V2

Post by Ciph »

Hi

Did anyone try 1.5.1 with the WNDR3700 V2? I used to have lots of issues with wireless disconnecting and bad speed with previous versions (Both Gargoyle and OpenWRT).

Thanks in advance

Hi

I am using gargoyle about 1.5 and 1.5.1 about month. And I do not have problems. Wireles with WPA2 is without wifi dropouts.
Home I have 5/2 Mbit ... when I am using wifi than i got actualy 5/2 Mbit.

My prewious firmware was stock 1.0.0.12 - and there were a lot of problems.

Thanks for reply! Sounds good, but I am on a 100Mbps / 100Mbps connection. It could be the speed that causes router to drop wireless. Think im gonna give it a try anyways. Note that I got NO issues at all with stock firmware.

Using it here - multiple devices (ipods/blackberry/laptops) no disconnects - I believe connection is G rather than N though
Netgear wndr3700 v2 Gargoyle 1.8.0
TP-Link Archer C7 v2 1.10.X (Built 20180122-0707)
