Siemens SE505

Hey,
is it possible to run Gargoyle on a Siemens SE 505.
Technical Information: Chip BCM4712KPB, CPU 200MHz, Flash 4Mb, RAM 8 Mb?
I managed to install and could connect to WebUI once. Later the WebUI was not reachable and serial connection does not accept input / reacts veeeeeeeerrrrry slow.

That's pretty much what I'd expect. While your router's CPU architecture is technically supported, you only have 8 MB of RAM. Gargoyle needs at least 16MB to run properly.

Is it possible to install a "reduced" version of OpenWRT/Gargoyle, or to remove some packages? I need wireless bridge only.

I use both DD-WRT and Gargoyle.
While I am definitely liking Gargoyle, its ease of use, and speed on my FON 2201+, I'd have to recommend you try DD-WRT for your Siemens SE 505.
DD-WRT does build Micro versions, which are very small builds and can run in limited RAM
Check them out - they should have functionality for wireless bridge.

I am still using DD-WRT - Micro, but i think its "a little" unstable.
OpenWRT / Gargoyle lokks better for me.

I hate to say it, but for now I'd stick with DD-WRT for a router with that little memory. Just about anything you try to fit into 8MB is going to be at least "a little" unstable.
If you really want to optimize for stability you can compile a version of openwrt with only the bare-bones of what you want. That way you get exactly what you need and nothing else. Of course, that means configuring/compiling yourself and no GUI, so it's not for the faint of heart...
