Hello, after my fail (or Ovislink fail) with the AC1200-R router which is unable to connect as a client to another AP using 80MHz band and only uses 20MHz instead I would like to consult my future purchase.
I need my device to be able to connect PC <-2,4GHz-> router <-5GHz-> router <-cable->. Literally an extender, except I need to use a different SSID. Do you guys have any tips for decent units? (no D-Link, Zyxel, Tenda stuff)
Asus seems to be available here but I have no experience with client mode there.
