it can lede install over gargoyle and vice versa?
o need to be over a original firmware?

You can sysupgrade between the two no problem.
Don't preserve settings.

i not leaving gargoyle but i have the doubt, i hope gargoyle fuse whit lede and go beyond lede and his new features

you cant upgrade directly from LEDE to gargoyle (at least I cant on a WRT1900ACS) I have to go via Linksys firmware in this direction - it changed a few months back for some reason. Gargoyle to LEDE works fine.

Make sure you "sysupgrade -F" to force it.
Gargoyle does not contain "magic headers" which tell the upgrade system it is LEDE based.
