everything is slow as hell QoS disabled I blocked everyone from internet access and still DNS resolution is slow ..........................

Just formated everything and installed 1.9.1 (from the download section here not from torrent does it matter?)

16 seconds to resolve google.com
just a few min ago it was less than 1 sec

Can you please force 1 device to use googles DNS servers and test?

Already done that google, openDns, openDNS on custom ports etc...
it is really very strange since opening a vpn connection from the PC solves this problem so it is not a BW issue
Why is it just happening for DNS and on all ports and server
