Network Browse

Post by earthtorob »

I read somewhere that Gargoyle isolates the devices on it's network so that they can not see each other. And that this was a feature that could be turned on and off. But I can not find where this feature is. I can not find any of the other devices on my network.

So, is there that feature in Gargoyle? And if so then how do I turn if off or make some of the devices visible to each other?

Have a look at the bottom of http://192.168.1.1/basic.sh labelled "Wireless Client Isolation"

As far as I know it has always been disabled. I have 4 media centers (Kodi) in my home. I can find none of them with my phone. But my media server (Emby) can find them .

Now my server can browse the network and see PC's. But still no Kodi. I'll reboot them.

I also have another problem with the router loosing it's IP from my provider. It seems to happen about once a week.
