Hello,
for what reason i have to use a domain suffix with gargoyle?
I just want the name but without a domain suffix mandatory.
Is this somehow possible?

Yes, it is possible, but it is not recommended due to a collision of an existing name in the public DNS system.
Local computer names should not be resolved by a DNS server and should be separated by a suffix.
