Pages Redirecting from Web interface

My gargoyle web interface has recently stopped serving some pages, redirecting me instead to overview.sh
Pages redirected include:
https://192.168.1.1/bandwidth.sh
https://192.168.1.1/bandwidth_distribution.sh
https://192.168.1.1/reboot.sh

Gargoyle details:

Not sure what I should be doing about this. Am concerned it indicates something wrong more generally. Would reflashing the original firmware file be a "factory reset"?

yes

You could also use "OpenWRT failsafe reset" but its more work
