Help for Restrictions web sites

Friends I need help to create rules that work to block certain websites at certain times, taking as an example facebook, I had to do blocking the URL (facebook.com or facebook.*), but it does not work because it uses HTTPS and so it goes through the rule since it can not be identified .

I believe that on the way is to do the block by IP or the block of IPs used by the target, something like: 69.63.176.0/20 (according to a tutorial), I tried to do so, but it also did not work, all the computers continued to open the page from Facebook.

I count on the help to help me or indicate a source of reading on the subject, if possible a good tutorial.

I use an Archer C7 v2 with the last buid of Gargoyle (ispyisail)

Because of encryption this feature not longer works as expected.

Deep pack inspection is what other routers use......
