{Need help} Block only LAN access to a connected device

Running Gargoyle 1.9.2 on WRT1200.
I want to block local ethernet access to a couple of devices connected via ethernet ports but allow internet access.
I looked through all the menus but could not find any options.
Is it possible to achieve it?

Can only block WAN to LAN

not LAN to LAN
