cryptostorm vpn

Hello all,
I'm trying to configure my router as a vpn server with crytopstorm (icelandic vpn service). I have gargoyle 1.8.1 on my linksys router.
I am following this guide for openvpn routers.
Questions - 1 I couldn't "opkg install luci"
2 - from article - Go to System-->Startup
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and in the text box and replace 'your_lowercase_SHA512_hash_goes_here' with your Token Hash.
There is nowhere for me to add my Token hash. There is no system startup area in the router management. I'm not sure where to add it?
Can someone give me some advice on this please. Struggling .... and I like to finish things - even at 1am!! Does anyone else use cryptostorm?
