Wireless SpeedBoost TP-Link TL-WR1043ND V2

Post by roadhawk »

The latest stock firmware for the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND V2 offers "Wireless SpeedBoost". I like this feature - it doubles the WiFi speed to my laptop.

Does anybody know how it works, and whether it is antisocial (40MHz . . .) ?

What can I adjust in Gargoyle's wireless config to enable this feature ?

Sounds like 40MHz + 802.11n to me. These can be set in the GUI normally, however as you mentioned, 40MHz does not always apply under the bad neighbour clause.
