Hi there mate you will have to giv us a bit more info there. Like what modem do you have and how dus it connect to the inter net. what router do you have and whitch file did you use to flash. what lites are lit up on the frunt of your router? One thing you can try is to un plug your router and modem and then plug them back in to see if your router can then get a IP from your modem.

I am using tp-link tl-wr740n ver 4.27 (only router not modem)

i flashed it with gargoyle_1.8.0-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr740n-v4-squashfs-factory.bin

i am trying to the internet using my (binatone 850w) MODEM > lan to my tplink WAN >and then tplink lan wire goes to my pc

before installing this i had a working connection in the above mode

see this image for litup in my router in my router instead of wirless lit lan lit work( as i have disablled wireless)

https://r00m.files.wordpress.com/2012/0 ... _front.jpg

NOTE:- I can go into my tp link router but not in my binatone modem when both are connected

i have changed my tp link router addresss to 192.168.1.10

and binatone modem to 192.168.1.50

(assuming that they may confilct each other if they have same router ips) as i am noob i tried it
please help

What connection mode are you using? PPPoE or DHCP?
