It indeed has the bare minimum and can do the job properly if you just want a simple router. It is indeed very cheap: I paid $20 CDN for it (about $15 US) for a brand new unit, plus the applicable taxes (of course). I bought it at the time to play a little bit with openWRT and Gargoyle without spending a lot of money! :D
