Have compiled a version from the latest GIT source and tested this morning - from scratch (no configuration or plugins loaded) I get 95-109 Mbps with gargoyle and 150-156 Mbps with Openwrt CC.

Sorry to clarify, you built from the gargoyle git or you built a CC version of gargoyle?

Although I guess you got your answer. You'll need to wait

I compiled the latest gargoyle from the respository - wouldn't know where to begin to build a CC version.

Me either. But I'm trying. I'm stuck on a missing dependency at the moment though.

Inspired by your last post I gave it a go - got stuck on probably the same dependency for libsmartcols in FDISK. Spent a few hours trying to find the right makefile with the dependency missing but have had to admit defeat. Still I got much further than I thought I would !

Exactly where I'm stuck. I'll post back if I find a way through.
