Hello im new to Gargoyle firmware and i love the layout but I'm use to the Simple SQM QoS, Is it possible for me to get SQM QoS on this router running Gargoyle? I'll be more than happy to donate you for your time

This isn't possible without major modification to Gargoyle sorry.
It would require a swap out from IMQ to IFB, and a whole rewrite of the QoS management page, plus other pages that leverage its capability (quotas, bandwidth monitoring etc.).

The default settings in Gargoyle QoS (keeping in mind to set your bandwidth appropriately) should share the link fairly amongst everyone.

Is there any rule specifications I must use to cover all connected devices?

No the default rules cover everyone
