Add Latency

Is it possible to add extra latency to gargoyle? It works on openwrt using:
tc qdisc replace dev eth0 root netem delay 60ms
tc qdisc replace dev eth0 root netem delay 60ms
Try it and let us know.
We use the same tc package so there should be no difference
