Sounds fine to me. You can experiment and if your link performs well then you can increase it to the point where performance degrades.

How can I test it if it perform good or bad? Can you give some advice

Apply settings. Do some speed tests, see if the speed drops or whether the ping gets too high (which will cause the speed to drop).

If it drops, lower the value a bit and try again.

I tried playing around with QOS. I found out disabling QOS on upload gives me very responsive hit detection.

I only have qos on download now.

Setting QoS to about 60 with ACC doesn’t give me weird aim assist.
Havin it set around 90 gives me weird aim assist.
