Understanding the usage logs?

I am running v1.6.2 on a TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v2. I use DHCP to assign all known devices their own static IP for ease of monitoring and management of devices, kids' quotas etc.

I have an unidentified device appear from time to time on my router, so when I look in Status|B/W Distribution I see it with a dynamic IP rather than one of my assigned IPs. I have no idea what it is and would like to find out. I'm hoping that somewhere in the .bw files are details including maybe the MAC address so I can at least try to pin down the manufacturer.
