Can somebody pelase confirm the Atheros Wifi problems are fixed in this release ?
I haven been running 1.5.9 and 1.5.10 on my netgear wndr3700v2 with lots of wifi problems. (after some time only 1mb speed)

With 1.5.10 i tried the workarounds "disable Atheros Adaptive Noise Immunity (ANI) and "Low Ack" disassociation" which did not fix the wifi problem. For me switching to 54G only worked the best but still had to reboot my router daily to keep de wifi running.
Now i am back to version 1.5.6 and that version is very stable, no wifi problems at all, but... i like the new features of 1.5.11.

I would like to know for sure if the wifi problems are really fixed before i upgrade.

1.5.6. is NOT working OK, i thought it was and i thought the problem with my foscam cam related to the cam. Many times it would not connect, but there was a problme with the antenna of the cam. Now with new antenna still problem with connecting. Switched back to 1.4.7 and that dit not solve the problem. Cam could connect to my little wifi repeater without problem so my conclusion the problem is my router. Then i flashed the horrible looking stock firmware 1.0.0.12 and connection to my foscam is instant and steady !!!. (but i now mis a lot of nice features this stock firmware does not have.)
I think all routers based on this Atheros chipset have the same problem with Openwrt, dd-wrt, gargoyle,and even stock firmware >1.0.0.12.
I have read al lot about this problem now and found on the openwrt forum a post that stated there was one version (14896) which worked ok but was based on madwifi driver instead of ath9k. Later releases seem to be broken again ?

will this fix the wifi issues on tp-link 1043 v1 router? i'm working with 1.5.4 and the router works great, but wifi disconnects after massive transfer files within lan. if i copy 7GB file from LAN PC to the wireless laptop, the wifi is disconnects after 2 minutes in the middle of transfer, so in high bandwidth and massive transfer he fails and disconnects the wifi connection, on LAN there is no issues at all.
i want version that fix this issue, and then i can tell that this is perfect release of firmware, the stock firmware of tp-link manufacturer is disaster on all modules.

So this new version still has the atheros wifi problems, but the build from the thread has not ?
Is it possible the build from the thread which is older has newer modules that fix the wifi problem ?

Hi thanks for the update no buggs so far.

Upgraded my WNDR3700 V1, did not try to preserve settings. Working in Bridge/Repeater mode, no issues so far.

DLNA status button under DLNA menu is not working from WAN side ... is redirectiong to LAN ip

no answer to my question in previous post - is this version resolve all issues with atheros wifi chip? with massive transfer on wifi, he disconnects me and i need to reconnect, that the main problem with vesion 1.5.4 on TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND v1.9
i have no other problems with this firmware, it working great exept that.
