OK - that's not Gargoyle - that's the Dynamic DNS provider you chose.

I believe Eric programs some of the common DDNS providers settings
in there so that it makes it easier for users, but questions about any
DDNS settings need to goto the DDNS provider itself.

Is that with any DDNS provider that it asks for a Key?
Or only certain DDNS providers?

that was the setup page of DNS-O-MATIC. In firmware version 1.4.2 and earlier the parameter key wasn't there and simply putting username and password would do the trick. But in version 1.5.0 this key parameter comes and i don't know what to put as the key. I hope you understand.

the green changed line caused my issue

I have the same WiFi dropout described before but on a wrt160nl, it worked well on dd-wrt but I had a terrible performance.

tried 1.5.0 first then 1.4.3
will try 1.4.2 hoping that wifi works properly

I reinstalled 1.5.0. I'm running on router miniDLNA and Transmission. I'm also using an 1GB swap partition. But I was experiencing frequently crashes. Yesterday I unloaded some unused kernel modules and now my router is more stable.

Does anyone contain a list of modules and another things we can disable or unload to release memory?

Some best practices are known for example set the limit of connection as 1024. However if we would have a description of any kernel modules, for example, we would unload some of them releasing memory.

Does OpenWRT contain a blacklist file to prevent load modules?

What can we do to release memory?

I apologize for my bad English.

Browser specific issues with 1.4.3 running on a TP-WR741ND (Ver 1.8), were two of the Browsers effected are IE9 (Win7) and Safari 4.1.3 (OS X 10.4 PPC):

1- The List of "Hosts with Active Connections" on the "Connected Hosts" Page (Status Section) is "Empty"???

2- On the "B/W Distribution" Page (Status Section) Displays "COMBINED" taking Half (50 %) of the Pie Charts???

When using Firfox 8.0 (Win7), Safari 5.0.6 (OS X 10.5 PPC) and Safari 5.1.1 (Win7) neither of these issue are observed!!!

From comments it seems some nice work here Eric and others, well done.

Anyone successfully running 1.4.3 or 1.5.0 on Linksys WRT54GL ?

1.5.0 on WNDR3700V1 ran into stability issues over time - wifi dropped out twice in about 2 weeks - my VPN connection to my company started dropping frequently (PPTP and OpenVPN) - restarting the router solved that temporarily and most annoying was that RTP traffic to and from my voip provider (ViaTalk) stopped exactly after 30min into a phone call for every call with no apparent log entries (logread) - reverted to 1.4.3 running for 48 hours no issues so far and phone calls >30min work again.

Sorry, had not much time to go deeper into trying to figure it out - will try to collect data if I get any suggestions.

F/W history:
1.4.2 -> 1.5.0 no 30/30/30 reset - restored config from 1.4.2
1.5.0 -> 1.4.3 I did a 30/30/30 reset - restored config from 1.4.2

simple, std. setup, no QOS - port forwarding for RTP range and SIP.

This firmware is AWESOME! :o
everything works, im loving every part of it. I have been jumping between stock and dd-wrt for a year and never satisfied with both of them, there are always flaws. Gargoyle is nearly flawless with my wndr3700. The best of all, the qos really works! The congestion control is really great piece of work.
I really want to thank everyone that have been involved in the development of the firmware, Thanks A Lot :D
Now i can lead a stress free life... :lol:
