This has been working really stable on my TP-Link TL-WR1043ND (Hardware v1.11) for the last 6 days, except that I have to disable the Wan Ethernet Port. If I try enabling the "Bridge to LAN" option, all the ethernet ports become complete unresponsive and I have to perform a hard reset and start configuring all over again. I don't actually need that particular option, but if anyone else is having the same problem it might need looking into.

Fast and stable. I'm using it for a week on a 1043ND with about 50 wireless clients connected, using limits and QOS to cope with a slow internet connection.

What update file woud I need for an Ubiquiti PowerAP N?

I can't really find a reference to this router in the list of supported routers, unless another one of the existing supported UBNT device list can be safely used for this PowerAP N too?

Right now I have paid for a activation key for a DD-WRT version for this router but the Gargoyle functionality is better (I think), easier to maintain and I have other Gargoyle driven routers.
Thanks.

This type of behaviour has been seen when there is more than one browser editing the Gargoyle configuration pages. Does the problem persist if you have only a single Gargoule configuration page open in a single browser tab?

There is some discussion about this type of behaviour (with some things to try) in another thread:
